CASE IH ensures that farmers get more time in the field – this means greater productivity for YOU!

When it comes to planting season preparation, it’s always a good idea to consult with your CASE IH dealer. The advantages of a well-maintained machine can mean the difference between a head start and a late start to the season

By investing in a proactive approach to maintenance inspections, our CWSL service technicians can help you prevent or eliminate costly downtime by diagnosing and solving issues BEFORE they become a problem. We can also spot opportunities when you might need to upgrade your equipment, and increase your overall uptime and productivity.

Inspections eliminate costly downtime and improve peace of mind

Our service technicians are trained to assess and repair equipment properly. As certified product experts, they will uncover, assess and solve problems that might otherwise go unnoticed.

When you purchase machines from us, here’s what you’ll get:

Factory-trained technicians: To ensure inspections are as thorough as possible, all CWSL technicians are extensively trained and certified on Case IH machines. We know your equipment like you know your fields — every last inch is meticulously inspected, maintained and repaired.

  • Warranty protection: Every genuine Case IH and remanufactured part comes with warranty protection when properly installed by a factory-trained technician. Give yourself peace of mind by leaving the repairs to us and ensure optimal productivity and uptime.
  • Equipment assessment: It might not be difficult to spot a major equipment issue such as a worn belt or a broken chain, but our technicians are trained to look past obvious fixes and spot possible issues before they become a problem.

A certified checklist

Unlike other dealers or third-party mechanics, CWSL technicians use Certified Maintenance Inspection checklists to ensure each inspection is thorough, and nothing goes overlooked. Here are just some of the things covered during an annual inspection

  • Engine inspection: Check intake systems, belts, fuel tanks, filters, accelerators and more to ensure your equipment engines are running smoothly.
  • Fluid analysis: Engine, transmission oil and coolant are all submitted for testing and analyzation to determine machine health.
  • Electrical inspection: Batteries, starting switches, alternators and electrical connections are cleaned, cleared and checked for proper conduction.
  • Hydraulic maintenance: Look at hydraulic filters, lines and hoses, cylinders, valves and more. Technicians will also conduct a hydraulic flow test to ensure proper pressure, flow and temperature.
  • Cab & safety inspection: Brakes, in-cab software, shields, guards, reflectors, fuses, field lights and error codes will all be assessed and maintained.

Checklists and repair protocols vary depending on the equipment being assessed, but all our service technicians are experts at maintaining the machines that they are certified to repair.

Let our service technicians focus on your equipment so that you can focus on what matters most — maintaining your farm operations.
